Dalkey Castle & Heritage Centre is right in the heart of Dalkey, less than five minutes from the DART train station, across the street from the Church car park.  In Dalkey Castle you will enjoy the contrast between 15th century living history with the actors from Deilg Inis Theatre Company in period costume and the interactives of 21st century technology(available in twelve languages).

Let your imagination flow and you will travel back in time and be enthralled by the extraordinary work of the Archer, the Cook and the travelling Barber-Surgeon. Afterwards you can climb to the battlements for panoramic views of sea and mountains. Enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the 10th century Church and Graveyard, dedicated to an early Christian saint, Begnet.
