The O’Toole family, Margaret Ciara and Paula run the highly popular Country Bake in Dalkey, favourite family bakery, deli and café to many, including Ryan Tubridy.

Head baker, Stephen uses his granny’s traditional Irish recipes in his brown and soda breads, potato cakes etc..

Stephen and Graham start work at 5.30am each morning on site in Country Bake to begin the day’s baking. By eight o’clock the shelves are heaving with freshly baked breads, pies, cakes and mouth-watering delights to tempt the palate.

Try our lunches with freshly made rolls, soups, salads either in our café or to take on a picnic to one of Dalkey’s many scenic locations.
